Mansory Transforms Lamborghini Revuelto for Formula 1 Driver Esteban Ocon

Mansory Transforms Lamborghini Revuelto for Formula 1 Driver Esteban Ocon

The Lamborghini Revuelto is already one of the most advanced and powerful supercars in the world. As the brand’s first plug-in hybrid V12 flagship, it represents the future of high-performance engineering. Yet Mansory, the German tuning house known for turning rare supercars into even more exclusive machines, has taken the Revuelto further by creating a special version for Formula 1 driver Esteban Ocon.

Mansory presented the project within its Initiate program, a line dedicated to pushing the limits of modern hybrid supercars through aerodynamic upgrades, performance enhancements, and bespoke styling. The result is a Revuelto that stands apart from any other on the road.

The Initiate program was announced at the end of 2024 and focuses on maximizing both design and performance. Almost every body panel of the Revuelto is replaced with lightweight carbon fiber. The new aerodynamic package increases downforce and sharpens the overall appearance, giving the car a more aggressive stance. Forged carbon details remain visible, adding a raw motorsport-inspired look.

Under the hood, the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 receives careful tuning. In stock form, the engine produces 825 horsepower. Mansory’s modifications raise output to 880 horsepower, supported by the car’s three electric motors. Combined, the hybrid system delivers over 1,050 horsepower. This makes the coupe even faster, cutting its acceleration time to 100 km/h by a tenth of a second compared to the original 2.5 seconds.

The top speed of the Mansory Revuelto is estimated at over 350 km/h. With the upgraded aerodynamics, stability at such speeds is further improved. The plug-in hybrid system retains its 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, allowing short electric-only driving for city use, though the car’s real strength remains in full power delivery on open roads or racetracks.

A bespoke creation for Esteban Ocon

The highlight of this build is its owner. Esteban Ocon, racing in Formula 1 with Haas, commissioned this unique Revuelto. The car features a striking black and red livery, accented by exposed forged carbon. This bold combination reflects Ocon’s competitive personality and motorsport roots.

Inside, Mansory followed the same approach. The cabin is upholstered in black and red leather, with custom stitching and exclusive trim details. While the company has not revealed full interior photos, the atmosphere is designed to match the exterior, creating a sense of unity and individuality.

Beyond looks, Mansory ensured the Revuelto delivers a sharper driving experience. The upgraded power unit increases responsiveness, while the reworked aerodynamics improve handling at high speeds. The Revuelto already features Lamborghini’s advanced all-wheel-drive system, adaptive suspension, and rear-wheel steering. Mansory’s refinements make these systems more effective by optimizing airflow and reducing drag.

The result is a supercar that not only looks more dramatic but also provides an even greater thrill behind the wheel. For a professional driver like Ocon, these subtle improvements elevate the Revuelto closer to a race-ready machine.

A personal partnership

This project goes further than a typical customer order. Esteban Ocon showed appreciation for Mansory’s work by placing the tuning company’s logo on his racing helmet, a gesture that highlights the collaboration and mutual respect. It represents a rare moment where a Formula 1 driver connects his professional career with a personal automotive passion project.

Mansory projects are always exclusive, and Ocon’s Revuelto is no exception. Every detail has been designed to his personal taste, ensuring the car is one of a kind. While no official price has been disclosed, it is expected to significantly exceed the standard Revuelto’s base price of around 600,000 euros.

This build demonstrates how Mansory continues to redefine what is possible in the world of high-performance hybrids. For Lamborghini enthusiasts, it shows how the Revuelto can be transformed into an even more extreme and personal expression of speed and luxury. For Esteban Ocon, it represents more than just ownership of a supercar. It is a statement of individuality and a celebration of his passion for driving.
