Pricing for the two cars has not been disclosed, and given the bespoke nature of both builds, it is unlikely either will ever be offered for public sale.
The project brings together two very different worlds of craftsmanship. Singer has spent more than a decade earning a reputation as the premier name in air-cooled Porsche 911 restoration, reimagining the 964-generation car with meticulous attention to detail, lightweight construction and mechanical upgrades. Louis Vuitton, meanwhile, brings more than 165 years of leather goods and luxury travel heritage. Together, the two brands set out to create something neither could have built alone: a pair of cars that are as much wearable art and travel companions as they are performance machines.
Two Cars, Two Distinct Personalities
The first car is a coupe called the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer — Classic, finished in a saffron hue with blue and yellow accents. The second is a convertible, the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer — Classic Turbo, painted in a white shade called Calcaire Lutetien. Its design was overseen by Nicolas Ghesquière, the creative director of Louis Vuitton's womenswear collections, whose involvement signals just how seriously the fashion house treated this project.
Despite sharing a common platform and a shared design philosophy, the two cars were conceived to feel distinct from one another. The saffron coupe leans into a bright, energetic color palette reminiscent of vintage racing liveries, while the convertible's white-on-wood theme evokes a more understated, nautical elegance. Singer's design team worked closely with Louis Vuitton to ensure both cars felt cohesive as a pair while still standing on their own as individual statements.
Interiors Crafted With Louis Vuitton's Leather Expertise
Both sports cars received completely reworked interiors and trim details, the result of a close collaboration between Singer's craftsmen, Louis Vuitton's leather goods division, and the maison's Swiss watchmaking workshop, La Fabrique du Temps. The center console and dashboard of both cars feature the brand's signature embossed monogram pattern, hand-finished by artisans trained in Louis Vuitton's traditional leatherworking techniques.
Bespoke Details for the Convertible
The convertible additionally received elements crafted from teak and lacquered wood, including trim on the rear of the body and the engine bay, giving it a yacht-inspired aesthetic that ties into its coastal color scheme. Specifically for these two cars, Louis Vuitton designed a matching set of custom luggage, accessories and driving gear, along with a bespoke surfboard and a set of skis, each fitted with a dedicated mounting system integrated into the car's bodywork. The attention to detail extends even to the stitching pattern on the seats, which echoes the shape of the car's rear haunches.
What's Under the Hood
The coupe is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine producing 390 horsepower, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive and carbon-ceramic brakes. This is the same formula that has defined Singer's most acclaimed builds: a high-revving atmospheric engine, extensive use of lightweight materials, and a chassis tuned for driver engagement over outright numbers.
The Classic Turbo convertible steps things up considerably, with a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six making 510 horsepower, mated to the same six-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel-drive layout. It represents Singer's first client commission built around forced induction, following the debut of the Turbo formula on the company's demonstrator car earlier this year.
Building on Singer's Restomod Legacy
In February, Singer unveiled a restomod based on the classic 911 Carrera Cabriolet (964 generation), which was originally produced from 1989 to 1993. That car received a reimagined exterior with pop-up headlights, a modernized cabin and a powerful naturally aspirated engine, laying the groundwork for the design language now seen in this new Louis Vuitton collaboration. Since its founding, Singer has built a portfolio of similarly extensive restomods, each one a multi-year commission tailored to an individual client's specifications.
A First for Louis Vuitton in the Automotive World
While Louis Vuitton has previously created travel accessories tailored for specific vehicles — including fitted luggage for classic sports cars sold at auction — this marks the brand's first true co-branded automotive product developed alongside a car manufacturer or restoration house. Pairing the storied French luxury house with Singer, renowned for taking air-cooled Porsche 911s and rebuilding them into some of the most coveted restomods in the world, results in two cars that blend automotive engineering with high fashion craftsmanship in a way rarely seen before.

As with most Singer builds, these two Porsche 911s are one-off commissions rather than a production series, underscoring their status as rolling showcases of what happens when two of the world's most exacting workshops join forces.
